24 hours a day. You will receive confirmation order
via e-mail instantly.
Some orders need a little
time to process and assemble your order before we
actually ship it. Please note that shipping
time is not the same as total delivery time.
Choosing next day air does not
always mean your order will be delivered the day
after you place your order online but we try hard to
ship the same business day for orders placed by
3:00 PM EST. Jeppesen charts will take 1-2
days prior to shipping as the ship directly from
Jeppesen in Colorado.
Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase within 15 days, please send us an
e-mail stating your desire to return the product. Include the invoice
number, product name, your name, your phone number and the reason for your
return. We will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number and address for
shipping. Returns must be in original condition and original packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable. A
restocking fee of 15% will apply for items having damaged or missing
components. (Software and shipped chart subscriptions
are not returnable.) No refund of return shipping
charges are available. Apparel not returnable unless manufacturers labels and tags still attached.

Warranty/Defective
Items:
All products sold by Spinners and covered by their
respective manufacturers warranties. As a courtesy,
defective items may be replaced by Spinners during our
30 day satisfaction policy. Send an email to returns@spinnerspilotshop.com
to receive exchange instructions. Ship the product back
to Spinners at your expense. Once we receive the
defective product, we will ship the replacement at no
additional shipping cost back to you - subject to product availability.
Shipping Address / Lost Deliveries:
Please supply an shipping address attended during the day. Theft of packages left at the front door
are increasing. If a package turns up missing, the delivery
companies can take up to 10 days to process a missing package
claim. We are unable to ship replacement product until the claim
is settled. Higher value orders will require a signature.
Sales Tax:
Deliveries to Ohio will have 7.0% sales tax added.
